About the Job

The Senior Records Coordinator is responsible for leading and overseeing the planning, implementation, and administration of enrolment programs.

This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of student data and provides strategic support to school leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage competing priorities and high volumes of work, exercising sound judgement to resolve complex data issues.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans; identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to system enhancements.
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of student results and credential release activities.
  • Provide leadership in the planning and coordination of student entry and data entry programs.

  • A strong ability to manage and resolve issues in a high-volume environment while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience balancing operational demands with stakeholder needs, including responding to ad hoc requests and unforeseen issues.
  • Coordinating the implementation of communication plans and resolving technical issues across key digital platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders and leading direct reports.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the school system, including governance structures and stakeholder responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in maintaining and managing the accuracy and integrity of student data and records.
