Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face and phone or email interactions.
  • Support daily operations with tasks including appointment coordination, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Assist staff with operational needs to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Organise events, group programs, internal meetings, and community initiatives.
  • Manage general office duties such as travel bookings, invoice processing, correspondence, and supplies.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace aligned with APS Values and Code of Conduct.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience in providing administrative support in a health or government environment.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prioritises tasks and works independently and collaboratively.
  • Is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Understands and values the importance of supporting vulnerable populations.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Able to obtain (or current holder of) a Working with Vulnerable People registration or Working with Children Check, as required by law.
