We are seeking a dedicated legal professional to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality legal services that support the Commission's regulatory functions. This includes providing litigation capability, advocating in tribunals or courts, and communicating effectively through negotiation and mediation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Provide litigation capability.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Work effectively in a team.
  • Be customer- and solutions-focused.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
  • Current practicing certificate issued by the Queensland Law Society.
  • Fully compliant with all CPD requirements of the Queensland Law Society.
