AI Leader of Subsurface Intelligence

As a visionary leader, you'll drive architecture and development of the Exosphere Platform: a revolutionary subsurface intelligence tool for mineral explorers in the AI era.
">- Drive cloud application architecture and development of the platform.
- Lead, grow, and coach a distributed team of software engineers.
- Provide technical leadership in AI and machine learning.
- Partner with Product Management to bring clarity and technical design to the roadmap.
- Architect and scale robust cloud and data infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities Include:
">- Developing innovative solutions for large-scale geospatial or scientific datasets.
- Collaborating closely with geoscientists, data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders across Fleet.
- Maturing the software engineering culture of the platform team.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
">- Proven experience in building, leading, and growing high-performing teams.
- Technical leadership experience in developing cloud-based platforms.
- Deep expertise in software development, MLOps frameworks, and Site Reliability.
Preferred Qualifications:
">- A Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Geosciences, or a related field.
- Experience in scaling a platform from an early stage to a mature, customer-facing product.
