About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end AI systems that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI tools and technologies, including Cursor, Chat GPT Enterprise, and Gemini.
  • Develop innovative solutions that address real-world challenges and drive business growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience as an applied AI or ML engineer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proven ability to manage high-performing teams and drive results-oriented collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues and find creative solutions.
