The ideal candidate will lead the strategic vision and execution of artificial intelligence initiatives within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive innovation and enhance business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging AI to improve products, services, and operational efficiency.
Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI researchers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Project Oversight:
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and solutions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Research and Development:
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
  • Drive research initiatives to explore new AI applications and improve existing models.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the performance and impact of AI initiatives.
  • Analyze results and iterate on models and strategies based on data-driven insights.
Compliance and Ethics:
  • Ensure that AI practices adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote responsible AI usage within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in AI, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
