Oohc Case Manager Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Oohc Case Manager, working with children, young people, and their families to provide casework support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain functional relationships with children and young people and their families
- Coach and mentor parents/carers in the provision of care to children
- Contribute to a positive culture of learning and growth in a challenging environment
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work/Psychology or related discipline
- Current unrestricted driver's license
