Oxford Park Nursery is a wholesale business that supplies high quality plants to the landscaping industry. You will be the face of the Nursery delivering our product to customers in a timely manner. You will also spend time within the Nursery between deliveries, working alongside supported employees.

As a Delivery Driver, you will report to the Horticulture Supervisor and perform the following tasks:

  • Be polite and professional towards customers
  • Ensure timely and safe pick-up and delivery of goods as directed, maintaining schedules and punctuality
  • Maintain regular checks on the vehicles and advise the Nursery Supervisor/Horticulture Manager of any requirements for maintenance as soon as possible
  • Confirm goods/materials are in good conditions before loading them into the truck
  • Must always obey traffic rules, representing the brand in a safe and professional manner
  • Perform basic plant maintenance
  • Prepare orders for dispatch
  • Assist team members when required
  • Assist in maintaining a workplace that is safe, clean and uncluttered

You will work with the Horticulture Supervisor and support staff to achieve personal work goals. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- MR Drivers Licence (essential)
- Previous Horticultural Delivery experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work within the Nursery between deliveries
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

This is a Full-Time role based in Mitchelton.
