Indoor Plant Care Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Indoor Plant Care Specialist. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of quality in plant care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Care for indoor plants including watering, fertilizing, cleaning, and pruning.
  • Install and uninstall plants on client premises.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Horticulture certificate or experience (desired).
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to work independently and drive long distances.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
