We are hiring qualified and experienced Full-Time Security Team Leaders to join our team. As an ISO accredited industry leader, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and service delivery requirements.

Your Role: Security Team Leader

  • Lead a small security team to maintain a secure environment for both staff and customers, ensuring their well-being.
  • Be the face of luxury, making customers feel safe and welcome, and part of their superior shopping experience.
  • Vigilant monitoring to deter any suspicious activities and respond promptly to incidents.
  • Informative reporting to senior management regarding potential and actual threats to the business.
  • Collaborate within a highly successful team environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years as a team leader/supervisor.
  • Current VIC Private Security Individual Licence (Crowd Controller and Security Guard).
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
  • Police Check (issued within the last 60 days).
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming standards.
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills.
  • Physical fitness to fulfill duties/able to stand for long periods.
  • A friendly and welcoming customer-focused attitude with strong observational skills.
