For this role, you should possess:

  • Current VIC Private Security Individual Licence (Crowd Controller and Security Guard)
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Police Check (Issued within the last 60 days)
  • Previous Retail Security or Concierge Experience (preferred)
  • Impeccable Presentation and Grooming Standards
  • Strong Interpersonal and Report-Writing Skills
  • Physical Fitness to Fulfill Duties
  • A Friendly and Welcoming Customer Focused Attitude with Strong Observational Skills
