Key Responsibilities


• Lead teams and foster collaboration to achieve common goals

• Embed therapeutic and reflective practices to improve service delivery

• Identify and address service gaps and risks to ensure quality outcomes

• Drive policy and practice improvements to enhance services

Requirements


• A degree or higher in a relevant field

• Proven experience in leading Child & Family services

• Skilled in reflective practice models such as TCI and CALM

• Strong project management, coaching, and facilitation skills
