Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated leader to support our Centre Directors on leave or when additional support is needed across various centres. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in staff development & leadership, and a proven track record of achieving exceptional quality.

The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of services located across the Hunter/Newcastle and Central Coast region. They will work closely with a dedicated team to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding results for children and families.

Key Qualifications
  • Acecqa approved diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education required.
  • Experience in staff development & leadership and experience in a similar role required.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Outstanding level of verbal and written communication.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates required.
  • Current Working with Children Check required.
