Role and responsibilities

In this role you will support our Centre Directors on leave or when additional support is needed across various centres. Your commitment to leading a service on its path to exceptional quality is endless and you have the support of a dedicated team that shares your vision. You are a People Leader – you know how to get the best out of your team for the ultimate benefit to children and families.

Your portfolio of services will be located across the Hunter/Newcastle and Central Coast region.

Qualifications
  • ACECQA Approved Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Experience with staff development & leadership, experience in a similar role required e.g., Nominated Supervisor across different services, Area Manager
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
  • Strong computer skills
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Current Working with Children Check
