We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Your Nursing Agency. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to individuals with disabilities, supporting them to live independently in their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication supervision
- Provide light housekeeping duties, transportation, and social support
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
About Your Skills and Experience:
- Cert III or Cert IV in Individual Support or enrolment in a nursing or allied health degree program
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ideally, evidence of at least six months paid experience in a related role or demonstration of related roles, experience, or commitment to supporting people living with disability
- Current Police Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening check and/or willingness to attain
