Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced receptionist to join our team in Sydney. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Greetings
- Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Phone and Email Management
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Office Administration
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared with necessary equipment and resources.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Skills
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Ability to convey information clearly and effectively in both face-to-face interactions and over the phone.
- Exceptional professional presentation and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting.
- Effective organizational skills to handle a high volume of work efficiently and accurately.
