Key Responsibilities
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for all employees, building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing seamless support.
  • Conduct building orientations and provide remote assistance to regional offices.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and setups, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Provide comprehensive reception services, including visitor management and correspondence handling.
  • Oversee daily mail operations, package management, and office inventory.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, work orders, and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, and office operations.
  • Act as key liaison for catering and event-related queries.
  • Support HR processes, assist with fleet management, offsite storage, and mobile phone administrations.
  • Ensure office safety and well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar client-facing industries.
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
  • Expert multitasking capabilities with strong prioritization and scheduling skills.
  • Fast learner with genuine eagerness to develop and grow.
