Ultrasound Team Leader Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Ultrasound Leadership team as an Ultrasound Team Leader. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead and inspire others, providing direction and support to a team of Sonographers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic leadership and guidance to the Ultrasound team
  • Developing and implementing performance management plans
  • Identifying and supporting professional development opportunities
  • Supervising and mentoring less experienced staff members
  • Proactively assessing bookings and workflows
  • Being the designated point of contact for Ultrasound equipment
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest imaging techniques and technologies
  • Contributing to strategic business planning and implementation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for leading and inspiring others
  • A high level of problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ASAR membership and Professional Indemnity Insurance (ASA or ASUM)
