Senior Dynamics 365 Developer Role Overview:

Join AEMO to leverage your technical expertise as a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer and play a pivotal role in driving innovative solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This exciting opportunity will see you configuring, customising, and enhancing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FinOps) and CRM to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure business solutions that streamline customer, financial, and project portfolio processes.

As part of our Energy Markets & Corporate Digital Systems Department, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting various business applications for internal and external stakeholders. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate needs into effective CRM and PPM enhancements.

This is an excellent chance to showcase your skills and experience in developing and maintaining automation, workflows, plug-ins, and custom applications using Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Position Requirements
  • Proven experience configuring, customising, and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise integrating Sensei Project Portfolio Management (PPM) with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for building workflows, automations, and reports.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining system integrations, including data mapping, workflows, and API-based connections.
