Their small, high-performing team combines entrepreneurial spirit with strategic rigour, aiming to exceed $10M in revenue through market education, supplier partnerships, and national reach.
The Role
This is a high-impact commercial leadership role responsible for building and executing national go-to-market strategies for biological and biosynthetic ag inputs.
You'll shape channel development, own supplier relationships, and drive revenue growth across key sectors.
Key responsibilities
Execute and evolve national go-to-market strategy for biotech products
Lead supplier relationships and channel integration into Australian markets
Educate and influence resellers, growers, and stakeholders
Drive revenue growth across horticulture, livestock, cotton, and environmental sectors
Represent the business at industry forums and events
Build commercial structures to support future team expansion
Manage CRM systems to track performance and pipeline
About You
You're a self-starting commercial leader with deep industry relationships and a proven ability to build market share for agtech products.
You thrive on autonomy, know how to engage suppliers and clients alike, and can bridge science with market delivery.
You will have
Strong existing networks across agchem and ag retail
Proven success in commercial ag roles with national scope
Experience leading supplier and corporate relationships
Confidence in delivering technical education and market engagement
Ability to travel nationally and manage your own schedule
Background in agronomy, biotech or agri-inputs (desirable)
CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
