We are seeking a Senior Client Executive to join our team, responsible for managing existing business through channel partnerships and required to travel both locally and interstate to attend client meetings and key industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong client relationships with existing clients/channel partners and sponsorship partners
- Grow the portfolio across existing our client base
- Gather client information to support renewal business documentation and advocate for clients through standard methodology and insurer negotiations to achieve best outcomes
- Proactively manage and resolve client issues including answering and responding promptly to client enquiries
- Conduct internal and external client reviews
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to exceed client expectations
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Lead new business opportunities on small to moderate size, accounts within identified markets
- Partner with insurer stakeholders to build long lasting relationships and deliver solutions to exceed client expectations
- Multitask and navigate a range of technologies
- Expand your knowledge and grow by keeping informed of industry trends, attending internal or external training and events.
- Relevant decision making required to fulfil client needs within Gallagher standards/policies and relevant Legislation
- Apply best business practice ethically, professionally and with integrity in all circumstances so that Gallagher's reputation and brand is upheld
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the commitment to deliver a positive experience for all clients
- Experience in a similar role within the Insurance industry, with strong technical knowledge of insurance products required by SME's
- Experience operating in a sales environment achieving clear targets
- Diploma of General Insurance or Diploma of Insurance Broking (advantageous)
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking
- Self disciplined with the ability to work to deadlines
