Offshore Instrumentation Technician Job

This role involves working on the installation, testing and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems on offshore platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring that all systems are fully functional and meet operational, safety and regulatory standards before they are handed over for production.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Instrumentation and Control Systems Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, testing and commissioning instrumentation and control systems, and ensuring that they meet the required standards.
Main Responsibilities- Installation of instrumentation and control systems
- Testing and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems
- Ensuring that all systems meet operational, safety and regulatory standards
- Performing inspections and reporting on the condition of instrumentation and control systems
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure that all systems are fully functional and meet the required standards
- WA Unrestricted Electrical Licence (A-Grade)
- Cert III Instrumentation
- Previous offshore experience
- Oil and Gas experience
- TBOSIET (FOET, BOSIET with CAEBS are also accepted)
- Escape Chute (5770)
- MSIC
- EEHA Certificate
- Trade Certificate
- CPR / LVR certificates
- Enter Confined Space
- Work Safely at Heights
- Prochem Gyrolok Tubing Course
