Orderly Attendant Role

The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne is seeking a permanent part-time Orderly Attendant to join our diverse, close-knit Central Sterile Services team.

We are looking for an organised individual who can work efficiently in a structured environment. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure and remain focused during busy periods.

About the Role
  1. Transport clinical instruments from clinics to the Central Sterile Services Department for sterilisation/processing via trolleys.
  2. Assemble and package surgical instrument trays in accordance with hospital standards, as required.
  3. Cleaning handheld clinical equipment.
  4. Ensure infection control of trolleys and related equipment.
  5. Transport medically stable patients through areas of the hospitals as needed.
