Hospitality Services Role Overview

This role involves working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality cleaning services to patients, doctors, and staff. You will be part of the team reporting to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing a clean and safe environment for patients, doctors, and staff
  • Efficiently delivering cleaning services including bed making, laundry, linen distribution, and waste disposal
  • Maintaining a respectful, understanding, and compassionate approach
Requirements:
  • A strong customer service focus with ability to deliver on patient needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication
  • An organised approach to work and ability to adapt to changing tasks
  • Understanding of Infection Control in a hospital environment
  • Flexibility with availability for rostered shifts across morning, afternoon, and weekends
