We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing live environments, overseeing patch cycles, and supporting integrations with financial systems and reporting tools.Key Responsibilities
  • Governance and administration of multiple D365 environments, including DEV/UAT/PROD.
  • Access security management, user setup, role assignments, and license administration via Entra ID.
  • Application of detailed knowledge of D365 security models (roles, tasks, duties, privileges, hierarchy, and field-level security).
  • Level 1 & 2 support for production issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Coordination and validation of application testing, updates, and pre-deployment releases.
  • Support and monitoring of integrations (APIs, Power BI, HealthLink, external platforms).
  • Tracking of service delivery and incidents using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
You will have:
  • 3+ years' hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both).
  • Proven background in environment governance and access security administration.
  • Experience managing integrated enterprise-scale D365 environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft integration tools (Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, APIs).
  • Exposure to financial systems and supply chain processes (advantageous).
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary IT qualifications and/or Microsoft certifications (D365 Functional Consultant, Security Admin, Azure Fundamentals, ITIL 4).
