Job Description
This is a high-level, hands-on administrative role that involves supporting and managing Microsoft D365 environments.
You will be responsible for ensuring the security, stability, and scalability of our live production environments across both Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE).
Your primary focus will be on governance, access administration, user support, and system integration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage patch cycles, test updates, and integrate with financial systems, reporting tools, and external platforms.
In this role, you will apply your detailed knowledge of D365 security models (roles, tasks, duties, privileges, hierarchy, and field-level security) to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both)
Proven background in environment governance and access security administration
Experience managing integrated enterprise-scale D365 environments
Familiarity with Microsoft integration tools (Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, APIs)
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
Relevant tertiary IT qualifications and/or Microsoft certifications (D365 Functional Consultant, Security Admin, Azure Fundamentals, ITIL 4)
