Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling client enquiries in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships with clients.

In addition to excellent communication skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and positivity, as well as a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels
  • Handle client enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve issues efficiently and build strong relationships with clients
  • Utilise effective problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • Superannuation or managed funds experience, with a knowledge of insurance or banking products (desirable)
  • Proven customer service experience in a call centre environment
  • Energised by delivering outstanding customer service and resolving questions
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Able to pick up new technology and systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
