We are seeking a seasoned Project Management professional to join our consultancy in Queensland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and a passion for growth.

As a key player in establishing and growing our Queensland presence, you will report directly to the Managing Director and act as second in command. Your role will be instrumental in delivering high-quality project outcomes across government and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a strategic plan to build and expand our Queensland operations, including identifying and winning new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Leverage your existing network and cultivate new relationships with key stakeholders across government and private sectors.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of diverse projects, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality, timeliness, and budget.
  • Leadership: Develop, build, mentor, and lead a team of Project Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management, ideally within a consultancy environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong industry connections within Queensland's construction market.
  • Proven experience in business development, with a track record of winning projects and driving revenue.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, ambition, and a drive for success.
