Job Title: Construction Director - Modular Affordability Homes

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Director to lead our modular affordability homes projects. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage multiple modular construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits across various locations, utilizing both driving and flights as necessary.
  • Report directly to the Construction Manager, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality control measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Construction Director in various construction fields and processes.
  • Knowledge of modular construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide subcontractors.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly and adapt to various project locations.
  • Strong computer literacy and experience with MS Office and PM Software's.
  • Experience and confidence in OHS.
