We are seeking an experienced Fund Accountant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting activities for investments and oversee expenses
  • Prepare portfolio forecasts, variance analyses, and maintain portfolio data
  • Collaborate with the Valuation Committee for monthly valuation preparation and materials
  • Review monthly NAV to ensure supporting workpapers and information are complete
  • Assist with annual audit process and work closely with fund administrators
  • Oversee transaction closing process and review deliverables, reporting, and allocations
  • Handle daily cash flow activity
  • Mentor junior fund accounting team members
  • Develop internal dashboards and investor reporting

The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in public audit or private accounting. A CPA certification is highly preferred.
