Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a Sales Representative - Building Materials, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to identify and seize new business opportunities within the residential building sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and seize new business opportunities within the residential building sector.
  • Utilise your extensive network to establish connections with key decision-makers among the top 10-20 builders in Perth.
  • Present our comprehensive range of timber and hardware products effectively, emphasising their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with small to medium Builders as well as large Corporate Builders.
  • Foster relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to overall growth objectives.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales prospects, driving significant contribution to sales targets.
  • Sell across a range of building supplies, including Roof Timber, Truss Roof, Wall Framing, Flooring Systems, Doors, Second Fix, Hardies Products, and Brickies Hardware.

Requirements:

  • Established relationships with Builders in WA.
  • Prior sales experience within the building materials sector is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local building sector to foster connections and relationships with local builders.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales growth.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient IT skills for streamlined communication and reporting.
