Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Buildability Group, specializing in commercial landscaping projects. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of large-scale projects, ensuring timely completion, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with program and schedule works to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Order materials and organize deliveries to meet project requirements.
  • Manage resources effectively, including delegating tasks to Leading Hands/Site Managers and engaging with subcontractors.
  • Track and forecast costs to ensure financial stability.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to build strong relationships and meet project objectives.
  • Report to Project Managers, providing regular updates and insights.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (required).
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in construction (desirable).
  • Must have landscape construction site experience in Australia.
  • Strong computer skills and a valid driving license.
