Job Title: Onsite Field Support Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onsite Field Support Technician to join our team in Sydney. As an Onsite Field Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients on-site, ensuring that their hardware and software issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients on-site, including hardware break-fix and desk-side software support.
  • Install and maintain PCs, along with associated accessories and peripherals.
  • Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
  • Provide support for laptops, desktops, and monitors.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ITIL/Service Now.
  • Current driving license as some off-site support required in Sydney area.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
  • Proficiencies in data analysis and a basic understanding of technical concepts.
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
