Job Title: Program Coordinator

A dynamic position is available for a skilled professional to oversee project management capability and drive project delivery across divisions. The role involves developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet growing demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project planning by collecting data from contract documents, team members, and other sources to create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Establish and maintain project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure integrity of the schedule.
  • Identify trends, activities, and variances in project schedules.
  • Prepare performance reports to update stakeholders on project performance indicators.
  • Support senior team members in managing master schedules and administering projects.
  • Develop and maintain project management tools and templates.
  • Contribute to projects that align with organisational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with risk management models, including RAID logs and Monte Carlo simulations.
  • Understanding of Earned Value Methods, Planned Value, Earned Value, Indicators & Schedule Performance Indicators.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Project Management tools, including MS Project and Planner Knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
