Procurement Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the procurement function, you will be responsible for developing and managing medium and low-risk contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage medium and low-risk contracts.
  • Support the development of significant or higher-risk contracts.
  • Conduct contract negotiations and prepare procurement documentation.
  • Provide advice on procurement, contract renewals, and extensions.
  • Facilitate tender evaluations, due diligence, and probity processes.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years minimum procurement experience, ideally within the government or public sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work largely autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong proficiency with ERP software.
  • Quick to learn and navigate systems and processes.
