Key Role and Responsibilities

  • Support Registrars in overseeing daily operations, including court proceedings and service delivery.
  • Nurture professional relationships with key stakeholders, such as members of the judiciary and government agencies.

Accountability Focus Areas

  • Implement transparent management practices for financial, human resource, data, and risk functions.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives enhancing community awareness of the justice system's role.
  • Oversee recordkeeping activities relevant to a Queensland Court Services Registry.
  • Disseminate information about government programs and services to local communities.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and goal achievement within the registry team.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain accurate data records and adhere to established procedures.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to recognize and manage risks associated with DFSV.
  • Knowledge of administrative systems and legislation.
