Product Governance Role

The role of Product Governance Analyst is a key position within our organisation, responsible for ensuring that our retail products are designed and distributed in alignment with regulatory obligations.

This critical function requires the ability to collect and validate data from various sources, including customer outcome data, regulatory requirements, and competitor information. The successful candidate will be able to analyse and interpret this data to identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to enhance customer outcomes.

As a key member of the Product Governance team, you will work closely with product managers to provide them with actionable insights and solution-based recommendations.

  • Collecting and validating data from various sources to inform product decisions.
  • Analysing and interpreting data to identify opportunities for improvement and proposing recommendations to enhance customer outcomes.
  • Collaborating with product managers to develop and implement effective solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically assess and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Knowledge of financial retail product lifecycles, design, and distribution strategies, as well as regulatory compliance.
