About the Role

The Customer Service Team Member role focuses on efficiently handling and sorting mail, ensuring accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily mail and courier management
  • Maintaining office equipment, office supplies and stationery
  • Maintaining database and updates of presentations
  • Courier bookings and lodgements with various courier companies
  • Light cleaning duties
  • Ad hoc administration and duties

About You

To be successful in this role, you should display a positive attitude, be highly reliable, and have a keen eye for details. You should have good computer literacy, strong communication skills, and excellent administrative and time management skills.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to quickly learn new technology
  • Strong communication and focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards
