We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator.

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Walk-in Centres. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating rosters and administration staff requirements for all centres.

You will work closely with administration staff to ensure efficient workflow and minimize downtime. You will also develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare teams and stakeholders.

Key requirements for this role include excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks, and proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role

The Service Coordinator is an integral member of our team, responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our Walk-in Centres run smoothly.
