About the Role
- We are seeking a talented Digital Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering interactive online courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging eLearning content that meets the needs of our target audience.
- Craft courses that seamlessly integrate rich multimedia content – video, animation, simulations, and games.
- Enhance learner engagement through thoughtful UX and instructional design principles.
- Partner with subject matter experts to bring topics to life and ensure that our eLearning content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Guide course structure and navigation; work with graphic designers to visualize instructional content.
- Manage course builds, updates, and content libraries across LMS platforms.
- Apply evidence-based e-learning practices and maintain meticulous project documentation.
- Support ongoing maintenance and improvement of our course library.
