The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring all projects are completed on time, to standard, and within budget.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously with tight timelines.
  • Ensure all projects align with approved designs, landlord agreements, and financial commitments.
  • Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain timelines and avoid delays.
  • Deliver all construction projects within or under budget, maximizing cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
  • Monitor construction costs, contractor expenses, and unforeseen expenditures, ensuring financial discipline.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Validate that construction meets operational and brand requirements, ensuring consistency across all locations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between external contractors, landlords, suppliers, and regulatory bodies during the construction phase.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal leadership, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on project progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in construction management, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or QSR sectors.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, contractor coordination, and budget control.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
