About the Role:

The Group Travel Manager is the face of the FCM Meetings & Events Group Travel Team to a diverse range of corporate clients. This role requires a customer-centric mindset and solution-based thinking to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in corporate travel product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions for clients and FCM M&E.
  • Assist in budgeting and executing professional business travel arrangements for corporate accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations.
  • Follow company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards in sourcing products, quoting, making travel arrangements, ticketing, and record keeping.
  • Excellent communication and professionalism are essential in maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and adaptability to changing work environments and stakeholder requirements.
  • Work collaboratively to complete project functions related to servicing clients.
  • Maintain favorable working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach in providing solutions to complex logistical challenges.

Requirements:

  • GDS: SABRE - essential
  • Microsoft Office skills - specifically Excel - essential
  • Major airline group booking platforms - experience preferred
  • Event Management Technology - Events Air/Cvent experience preferred
  • Previous Group Travel/MICE experience (3 years) preferable
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
