Technology Transformation Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced technology transformation leader to drive the success of our technology projects. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute change and communications initiatives to underpin successful project delivery.

The role will sit on the program team, reporting directly to the Head of Product, Technology, and Data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies and plans to drive positive acceptance and adoption of change, as well as swift uptake of new technologies, processes, or operating models.
  • Assess the impact of transformation projects and associated activities.
  • Craft and deliver clear, consistent messages and materials that articulate the vision, benefits, and expectations of the transformation projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of initiatives, offering feedback and recommendations for enhancement.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and interviews to capture feedback, identify stakeholder development/training needs, and devise programs/initiatives to address those needs.
  • Develop and deliver project communications, including senior management briefings, staff presentations, and maintenance of project intranet pages.

You Bring:

  • Extensive experience in Change Management; leading change efforts within an organisational environment.
  • Experience with both strategy development and the service delivery execution of initiatives.
  • Proven track record in assessing Change Readiness and appraising the implementation of Change initiatives.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, leveraging agile practices and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, conveying information to stakeholders.
