**Job Title:** Maintenance Operations CoordinatorThis is a leadership role that requires sharp decision-making and serious coordination skills to ensure maintenance is well-planned, resourced, and executed without the headaches. You will be at the centre of it all – coordinating people, parts, and plans across multiple sites.
  • Manage regional hubs and teams responsible for planned maintenance activities across sites.
  • Maintain rolling 3-week schedules of labour and events, issuing detailed work packs to the field.
  • Coordinate procurement to ensure parts are ordered, aligned, and ready before work kicks off.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in maintenance planning, coordination, or operations in mining or heavy industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a bias for action.
