Senior Associate Position in Family Law

As a seasoned Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our family law team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced Family Lawyer with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert legal advice on child support, parenting arrangements, collaborative practice, and spousal maintenance to clients.
  • Assisting in negotiating property settlements and binding financial agreements.
  • Representing clients in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), arbitration, and court proceedings.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Family Law.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for developing client relationships.
  • Capacity to manage files autonomously and larger files with support and supervision.
