IT Risk Advisor - Mergers and Acquisitions

We are seeking a seasoned IT risk advisor to join our team. As an expert in mergers and acquisitions, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating key IT risks that impact deal value for buy-side clients.

  • Job Description:
  • Deliver Deal Technology services on transactions of all sizes;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to achieve strategic objectives;
  • Provide technical guidance on separation or integration assessments;
  • Develop and present key deliverables to clients;
  • Manage engagement teams day-to-day in the delivery of our Deal Technology services;
  • Act as the main point of contact to our client for our Deal Technology scope of services.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Technology, or Consulting/Advisory Services
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity, and creative thinking;
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations.
