About the Role
This strategic and operational decision-making role oversees procedures for a life-changing fellowship program, playing a key role in strategic and operational decision making.
Guiding and leading a team including finance and communications, the role builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive planning processes and provide informed strategic advice
- Oversight of compliance and quality assurance management
- Review and advise on human resource matters, including workforce planning, performance, and development planning

You are an experienced operations executive with inspirational leadership and management skills, preferably in social justice or community development. Your ability to work effectively with Indigenous communities underpins your success in this role.
