Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Manager to lead our team in Sydney, Australia. As part of our Carat agency, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions to client briefs, owning the TV Planning & Buying function.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned TV Investment Manager to broaden their skillset and experience across full Client Servicing remit. You will work collaboratively across Dentsu and across the network as needed, using good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Client Director in delivering innovative and creative solutions to client briefs, owning the TV Planning & Buying function
  • Project manage clients' communications plans, including timelines and budget
  • Review plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better ways of working
  • Effectively lead and motivate internal teams to produce best-in-class work
  • Provide accurate plan details and updates to clients

Requirements:

  • Strong working experience with Spectra and a working skillset with TV Map, VOZ (or eTam) and understanding of agency financial management processes
  • Strong experience in TV Buying and Planning
  • Polished presentation and client servicing style with confidence in running regular WIPs, meetings, and maintaining client communications
  • Demonstrated success in improving and contributing to strong process management with Planning & Buying
  • A genuine love of being part of a high-performing team and building relationships with all stakeholders internal and external

  • An estimated salary range of AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience
