Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Client Associate to join our Sydney office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our senior staff, ensuring seamless execution of media campaigns. You will gain a solid understanding of the fundamentals of media processes and develop foundational knowledge of the industry.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to foster effective working relationships with clients, agency partners, and media owners* Assist in executing and optimising video/TV, audio & outdoor campaigns to exceed client targets* Work closely with media and creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials and accurate instructions* Prepare documents, including WIPs, post-analysis, final buys, contact reports, and timeline management* Provide guidance on campaign analysis, client engagement, relationships, presentations, and reporting

Requirements:
* Strong business acumen with a knack for data and numerical concepts* Basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment* Familiarity with traditional offline media channels such as TV, radio, print, and out-of-home advertising* Tech-savviness and practical thinking* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

Estimated Salary Range:
AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
