A well-established civil contractor seeks a seasoned demolition professional to lead projects in the Bowen Basin Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure occupational health and safety procedures are strictly followed
  • Collaborate with project teams to program works efficiently
  • Manage site-based project teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
  • Resolve site-related issues in a timely manner, applying effective problem-solving skills
  • Communicate effectively with key clients and stakeholders

The ideal candidate possesses 5 to 15+ years of experience in demolition supervision, with proven leadership skills, effective conflict resolution abilities, and the capacity to manage client expectations.

This role also involves managing site project teams, preparing detailed reports, and resolving site issues in a timely and efficient manner.
